The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fernando Marinho scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victoriano Bernaldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victoriano Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 11thth minute of the game Darryl Buckner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Marinho in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Leopoldo Rosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kuno Lüdimõis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 16th minute of the game Pascual Lesardo made a throw-in which Wei Li played forward. Victoriano Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Fernando Marinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victoriano Bernaldo. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernando Marinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Rosa in the 27th minute of play. Jacobo Policarpio's late challenge caught a FC ICEWIND DALE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacobo Policarpio helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dep Colonia Avellaneda! When the match had been going on for 30 minutes, FC ICEWIND DALE's Walery Wolicki got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Victoriano Bernaldo. 33 minutes into the match, FC ICEWIND DALE's goal looked a bit too open when Darryl Buckner came free, but Kuno Lüdimõis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Wei Li in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC ICEWIND DALE's Tomasz Łapiński. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Marinho in the 38th minute of play. After 40 minutes Dep Colonia Avellaneda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Walery Wolicki who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Walery Wolicki almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo did a great save. In the 41st match minute, FC ICEWIND DALE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Ferfecki to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the game, Fernando Marinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Victoriano Bernaldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Darryl Buckner made the kick off in the second half. Victoriano Bernaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ding Beckham in the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Fernando Marinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victoriano Bernaldo. Victoriano Bernaldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ICEWIND DALE. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Marinho in the 82nd minute of play forced Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalkeeper Victoriano Bernaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Pascual Lesardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC ICEWIND DALE the free kick. FC ICEWIND DALE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wincent Debowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC ICEWIND DALE were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Dep Colonia Avellaneda for a fine match.
