After having played for 2 minutes, Leandro Seme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plebeyos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Seme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Plebeyos booed when Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Róbson Prata didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Valentin Abalos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plebeyos's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Abalos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rômulo de Almeida breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Moises Escobar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rômulo de Almeida having to interfere. Róbson Prata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Carlos Manuel Goyeneche made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Róbson Prata got free with Carlos Manuel Goyeneche in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nilson Paraibano went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Plebeyos's Benito Veremundo got a free kick in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Plebeyos's zone, Daniel Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche came out of the goal and Daniel Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafinha Sergipano to maneuver through the defense. Nilson Paraibano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche came out and tried to block the shot, but Nilson Paraibano slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilson Paraibano in the 47th minute of play forced Plebeyos's goalkeeper Carlos Manuel Goyeneche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Daniel Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 60 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Amauri Rocha. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Falcão Marques was substituted for Nilson Paraibano. Plebeyos's Carlos Manuel Goyeneche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbson Prata in the 63rd minute of play. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Alcântara in the 66th minute of the match. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Alcântara in the 70th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Rafinha Sergipano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafinha Sergipano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Plebeyos made a substitution. Adan Bartuelo replaced Efrain Bras. Rafinha Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Plebeyos got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Seme. Daniel Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Falcão Marques came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Falcão Marques couldn't finish the play. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbson Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Rafinha Sergipano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
