The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luizinho Antunes to strike the kick off in the second half. Severino Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Donalton Meneses sped through AF CERRADO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gil Velloso. In the 59th minute Rodolfo Oliveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gil Velloso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Donalton Meneses showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 64 minute of play.
