Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Matthieu Savelli made the kick off which started today's match. Mamadou Métais stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dan Bosioc's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute, Nicodim Șeimeanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mamadou Métais was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 10th minute Dan Bosioc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mamadou Métais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Pitron's Mamadou Métais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ion Vulpe in the 11th minute of play. Mamadou Métais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Bosioc in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match, Teddy Reiss got a very nice opportunity to score, but Virgil Barbălată was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Teddy Reiss who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Virgil Barbălată when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21st match minute, FC Pitron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teddy Loaëc to maneuver through the defense. After 22 played minutes FC Pitron got a freekick which was hit by Sam Limare. If Ion Vulpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Unirea Podu Iloaiei's Dan Bosioc in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Pitron's goalie prevented a goal. Dacian Obregia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mamadou Métais having to make a save. After 36 minutes Unirea Podu Iloaiei's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sam Limare who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Sam Limare got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Virgil Barbălată quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Cezar Calomfir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hocine Deleuze hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute of the match, Teddy Reiss got a very nice opportunity to score, but Virgil Barbălată was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dan Bosioc was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ion Vulpe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unirea Podu Iloaiei's supporters rose to their feet, but Ion Vulpe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mamadou Métais breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute, Unirea Podu Iloaiei's Dan Bosioc ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mamadou Métais. Mamadou Métais yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Cezar Calomfir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Mamadou Métais made a huge save. Ion Vulpe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mamadou Métais read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. If Dan Bosioc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cezar Calomfir scored 0-3 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mamadou Métais, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Unirea Podu Iloaiei's Dan Bosioc slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mamadou Métais. That made the score 0-4 after 65 minutes of play. Mamadou Métais was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nicodim Șeimeanu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 68 minute of play. Cezar Calomfir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teddy Reiss in the 73rd minute of play forced Unirea Podu Iloaiei's goalkeeper Virgil Barbălată to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Unirea Podu Iloaiei's goal looked a bit too open when Matthieu Savelli came free, but Virgil Barbălată reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ion Vulpe took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mamadou Métais. Mamadou Métais dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. 79 minutes into the game, Iordache Focșa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unirea Podu Iloaiei's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Pitron the free kick. Iordache Focșa kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Mamadou Métais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ion Vulpe, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Virgil Barbălată showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthieu Savelli in the 82nd minute of the match. Hocine Deleuze hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Mamadou Métais made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Cezar Calomfir sent off a good shot on target. Cezar Calomfir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
