An unnecessary self made goal, 0-2 in the 15th minute. Atay Türegün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Van Mechelen in the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Eendracht Vooruit's Tommi Armentier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kryspin Dembkowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Atay Türegün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrew Carrillos in the 30th minute of the match. Eendracht Vooruit's Atay Türegün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Van Mechelen in the 42nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Tommi Armentier kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kryspin Dembkowski. That made the score 1-3 in the 47 minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrew Carrillos was the one to do the kick off. Atay Türegün took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Van Mechelen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Van Mechelen in the 52nd minute of play forced Eendracht Vooruit's goalkeeper Atay Türegün to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atay Türegün made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Van Mechelen in the 59th minute of play. Tommi Armentier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eendracht Vooruit made a substitution. Gery Burhanuddin replaced Tommi Armentier. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Walter Van Mechelen took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Atay Türegün to make any attempt to save it. After 68 played minutes Victoria Mlawa got a freekick which was hit by Bartholemew Quigley. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gery Burhanuddin in the 73rd minute of play forced Victoria Mlawa's goalkeeper Kryspin Dembkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Eendracht Vooruit getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gery Burhanuddin hit a great ball. Walter Van Mechelen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Atay Türegün skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bartholemew Quigley let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 86th minute shot 1-5 at rihgt post. Atay Türegün made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Bartholemew Quigley sent off a good shot on target. 90 minutes into the match, Victoria Mlawa's goal looked a bit too open when Gery Burhanuddin came free, but Kryspin Dembkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gery Burhanuddin in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kryspin Dembkowski saved Victoria Mlawa from getting behind. In the 95th minute, Gery Burhanuddin made a precise shot to the right of Kryspin Dembkowski. Victoria Mlawa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. The Victoria Mlawa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Victoria Mlawa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
