But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olav Scheffler couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roland Lämmel got free with Utz Bauer in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute, Jürgen Konietzko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balus Treter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Jürgen Konietzko put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Gerhard Martin Denck. The supporters of Fc Schönhagen booed when Balus Treter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddy Hennicke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fc Schönhagen's Gerhard Martin Denck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernhard Desoi in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddy Hennicke in the 32nd minute of play forced Fc Schönhagen's goalkeeper Gerhard Martin Denck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerhard Martin Denck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jürgen Konietzko in the 42nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Balus Treter's Jürgen Konietzko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gerhard Martin Denck. That made the score 0-6 after 76 minutes of play. 80 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goal looked a bit too open when Jürgen Konietzko came free, but Gerhard Martin Denck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Fc Schönhagen's goalkeeper Gerhard Martin Denck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erwin Cremer. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bertram Doual during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Fc Schönhagen getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Bertram Doual hit a great ball. Mathias Lösch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Balus Treter played a much better game than Fc Schönhagen and deserved their victory. The Fc Schönhagen players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
