Jarl Andreasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lars Rosén's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Per-Arne Målare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Andreasson having to interfere. Christer Utter kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Jonstorp FK's Simon Strand got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Guldsmedshyttan IK's Mats Berggren shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 23rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Håkan Forsman but with some difficulty. Marc Vallin took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Håkan Forsman. Håkan Forsman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 31st minute, Marc Vallin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Guldsmedshyttan IK's Jarl Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Rosén in the 34th minute of play. Lars Rosén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilbert Glad kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When Jonstorp FK's Lars Rosén in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guldsmedshyttan IK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 46th match minute, Guldsmedshyttan IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eskil Lundström to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Jonstorp FK's Valter Alin was substituted for Fredrik Ståhlman. Per-Arne Målare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jarl Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Rosén, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Jarl Andreasson was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Niclas Rydberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Niclas Rydberg really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Isak Lindqvist hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. If Lars Rosén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 77 minutes into the match, Lars Rosén dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jarl Andreasson, 2-3. If Lars Rosén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Lars Rosén's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jarl Andreasson was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Per-Arne Målare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jarl Andreasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lars Roséns short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Jarl Andreasson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Vallin in the 92nd minute of play forced Jonstorp FK's goalkeeper Håkan Forsman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Guldsmedshyttan IK's Michael Boström got a free kick in the 95th minute. Per-Arne Målare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Guldsmedshyttan IK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jonstorp FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Jonstorp FK.
