Orvar Stenquist was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Joseph Algren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Runeberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingemar Stålman in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Gallin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpected shot in the 16th minute by Ingemar Stålman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 17th minute, Ingemar Stålman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Patrick Gallin. The goal made the score 2-0. Hermanö Oilers's Gustav Högström got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrick Gallin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Stålman, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Brandbergen Bears booed when Hermanö Oilers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingemar Stålman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Ingemar Stålman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Patrick Gallin. Ingemar Stålman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Axel Apelquist made in the 29th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lennart Esbjörnsson immediately put the ball in play. Patrick Gallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingemar Stålman in the 34th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Ingemar Stålman sped through Brandbergen Bears's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Patrick Gallin. Ingemar Stålman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carl Isaksson to strike the kick off in the second half. Joseph Algren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erland Kjellkvist in the 54th minute. After 56 minutes of play, Hermanö Oilers's Ingemar Stålman made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Gallin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Ingemar Stålman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hermanö Oilers's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingemar Stålman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Gallin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brandbergen Bears's Patrick Gallin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingemar Stålman in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Brandbergen Bears's Freddie Lidberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Freddie Lidberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Brandbergen Bears protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Freddie Lidberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 64 minutes into the game, one of Brandbergen Bears:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 66th minute there was a penalty for Hermanö Oilers. Ingemar Stålman stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Patrick Gallin. 7-0. The audience was convinced that Ingemar Stålman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrick Gallin was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Ingemar Stålman put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Patrick Gallin. 82 minutes into the game, Hermanö Oilers's Ingemar Stålman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Gallin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. After 87 minutes of play, Hermanö Oilers's Ingemar Stålman made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Gallin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 91 minutes into the game, Hermanö Oilers's Ingemar Stålman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Gallin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Patrick Gallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orvar Stenquist in the 96th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hermanö Oilers fully deserved thier win.
