Freddie Helberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eskil Smedfeldt in the 9th minute of play. Kevin Granqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Ström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Lars Säv reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kevin Granqvist. The goal made the score 1-0. 13 minutes into the game, Robert Salqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Forward's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Al-Norr the free kick. In the 13th minute, Robert Salqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Folke Ström managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Forward's supporters rose to their feet, but Folke Ström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kevin Granqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Al-Norr getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Eskil Smedfeldt hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Kinell in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kevin Granqvist saved Al-Norr from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Al-Norr's zone, Åke Käller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kevin Granqvist came out of the goal and Åke Käller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Christian Waller made a precise shot to the right of Freddie Helberg. BK Forward's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Kevin Granqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Björn Wennerberg in the 32nd minute of play. BK Forward's Folke Ström was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 33rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 36th minute Folke Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Granqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, BK Forward's Marcus Kinell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kevin Granqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. 39 minutes into the match, Marcus Kinell dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kevin Granqvist, 4-1. Kevin Granqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Ström in the 42nd minute of play. Freddie Helberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Waller in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fredric Collin to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Al-Norr got a freekick which was hit by Fredric Collin. When BK Forward's Marcus Kinell in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Al-Norr's goalie prevented a goal. Christian Waller kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Kevin Granqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Kinell, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Lars Säv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Al-Norr's zone, Marcus Kinell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kevin Granqvist came out of the goal and Marcus Kinell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 68 played minutes BK Forward got a freekick which was hit by Björn Wennerberg. BK Forward's Freddie Helberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Collin in the 69th minute of play. Folke Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcus Kinell struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Kevin Granqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Forward. After 76 minutes of play, BK Forward's Marcus Kinell made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kevin Granqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eskil Smedfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Kevin Granqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Folke Ström in the 83rd minute of the match. Kevin Granqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Kinell went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Torsten Britz kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Freddie Helberg made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Christian Waller sent off a good shot on target. BK Forward's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
