Cyryl Karpinski might have been able to make a better finish in the 2nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Del Hernandez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cyryl Karpinski ran back to his position shaking his head. Del Hernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lanny Rooney in the 8th minute of the match. Cyryl Karpinski kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Daryl Stubbs kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Máté Galambos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daryl Stubbs, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 17th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aidan Torres to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes in the game, Drew Latham fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Máté Galambos having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Daryl Stubbs came free, but Máté Galambos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Daryl Stubbs. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roy Clayton in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Del Hernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Cyryl Karpinski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Del Hernandez was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Del Hernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cyryl Karpinski's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Cyryl Karpinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roy Clayton came free, but Del Hernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Key Biscayne FC's Drew Latham got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 38 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Daryl Stubbs. Roy Clayton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Key Biscayne FC's zone, Cyryl Karpinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Del Hernandez came out of the goal and Cyryl Karpinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Del Hernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Clayton, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Virgilio Molina got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When Boca Juniors's Cyryl Karpinski in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Key Biscayne FC's goalie prevented a goal. Del Hernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roy Clayton went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Del Hernandez was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Roy Clayton capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roy Clayton really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Theron Link charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Theron Link the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when Key Biscayne FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theron Link didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Willard Baxter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Key Biscayne FC's Bernie Albert got a free kick in the 65th minute. Boca Juniors's Perry Callahan was substituted for Roy Clayton. In the 67th match minute, Key Biscayne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernie Albert to maneuver through the defense. After 67 played minutes, Boca Juniors's Virgilio Molina shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Del Hernandez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Boca Juniors reached it. 69 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Jamal Boles came free, but Máté Galambos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cyryl Karpinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 73 minutes, Perry Callahan made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Key Biscayne FC's Del Hernandez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute, Lanny Rooney made a precise shot to the right of Del Hernandez. Key Biscayne FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 81 minutes in the game, Perry Callahan dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After 83 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Nick Hutton. Del Hernandez came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Boca Juniors's Deon Morton. But to his dismay, Deon Morton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 92nd minute, Perry Callahan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Key Biscayne FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Boca Juniors were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
