With a little luck, Sportivo La Cesira's Froilan Pero got control of the ball when Isidoro Cordarryl tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Sportivo La Cesira's goalkeeper Froilan Pero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Cordarryl. In the 17th minute Cosme Sugar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Pero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Carboncito's Cosme Sugar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Froilan Pero. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. Froilan Pero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosme Sugar went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Isidoro Cordarryl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Pero having to interfere. Froilan Pero came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Carboncito's Isidoro Cordarryl. But to his dismay, Isidoro Cordarryl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 40th minute, Severiano Henric hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Carboncito getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Zeledon Esdras hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Miguel Van Beringen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Bastian. Carboncito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Van Beringen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Cosme Sugar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Pero having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Van Beringen to strike the kick off in the second half. When Cosme Sugar fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carboncito's protests and gave Cosme Sugar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, Carboncito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Sugar to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Rudolfo charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Rudolfo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cosme Sugar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the match, Sportivo La Cesira's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Sugar came free, but Froilan Pero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Ruperto Corderall made a precise shot to the right of Froilan Pero. Sportivo La Cesira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 73rd minute Isidoro Cordarryl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Pero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isidoro Cordarryl took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Froilan Pero. Froilan Pero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Isidoro Cordarryl scored 6-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Froilan Pero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd minute, Domingo Cebrian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
