Pueyrredón's Jesus Carlomagno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Erruki in the 9th minute of play. Edelmiro Nikola kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Guido Casado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Romulo Matia in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Pitin in the 21st minute of play forced C. S. D. Pueyrredón's goalkeeper Jesus Carlomagno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Venceslao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Casado in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Casado in the 26th minute of play forced Estrellas de Caballito's goalkeeper Jaime Venceslao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Estrellas de Caballito's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Matia came free, but Jaime Venceslao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Guido Casado notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Estrellas de Caballito's Jaime Venceslao. Jaime Venceslao was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jaime Venceslao came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Fidel Gregory. But to his dismay, Fidel Gregory quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 34th minute, Zeledon Udalaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Guido Casado put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Jaime Venceslao. 41 minutes into the match, Estrellas de Caballito's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Matia came free, but Jaime Venceslao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute Romulo Matia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Venceslao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaime Venceslao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Matia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Estrellas de Caballito players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C. S. D. Pueyrredón were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guido Casado to strike the kick off in the second half. Fidel Gregory took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Venceslao. Jaime Venceslao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 56 minutes into the match, C. S. D. Pueyrredón's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Erruki came free, but Jesus Carlomagno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Eguntsenti in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesus Carlomagno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 63 minutes into the match, C. S. D. Pueyrredón's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Romero came free, but Jesus Carlomagno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute Romulo Matia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Venceslao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Guido Casado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaime Venceslao. Estrellas de Caballito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guido Casado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albino Oalo got free with Jaime Venceslao in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romulo Matia hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes, Estrellas de Caballito's Matias Montrelle shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jesus Carlomagno came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Estrellas de Caballito reached it. Jaime Venceslao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guido Casado's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. With his leg Jaime Venceslao managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Guido Casado fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The throw-in from Ciriaco Eneko in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Zeledon Udalaitz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Casado got free with Jaime Venceslao in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. C. S. D. Pueyrredón's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
