When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Placido Aguirre sped through Argon's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Angel Lopes. After 8 minutes, Placido Aguirre made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Argon's Angel Lopes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Los Irrompibles fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Los Irrompibles's Placido Aguirre looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lolo Lorenzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Gonzalez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Argon's Anselmo Gonzalez got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angel Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Farias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angel Lopes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Placido Aguirre's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Placido Aguirre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Irrompibles's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Aguirre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Placido Aguirre in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angel Lopes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anselmo Gonzalez made a kick off. Bernardino Beti kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Anselmo Gonzalez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Gonzalez in the 91st minute of play forced Los Irrompibles's goalkeeper Lolo Lorenzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Placido Aguirre kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot Argon's keeper Angel Lopes was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Gonzalo Gipuzkoa struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Lolo Lorenzo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argon. After having played for 96 minutes, Anselmo Gonzalez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Gonzalez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los Irrompibles had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
