When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Gabriel Jesus took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Igor Gipuzkoa to make any attempt to save it. Igor Gipuzkoa was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Gabriel Jesus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gabriel Jesus really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Lev Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a little luck, Atlético Matorrales's Igor Gipuzkoa got control of the ball when Delmiro Abajas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Igor Gipuzkoa came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by PiCaNTeS FC's Siro Urki. But to his dismay, Siro Urki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. With a little luck, Atlético Matorrales's Igor Gipuzkoa got control of the ball when Nicanor Elodio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th minute, Gabriel Jesus made a precise shot to the right of Igor Gipuzkoa. Atlético Matorrales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ildefonso Cesaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes PiCaNTeS FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Elodio. 52 minutes into the match, PiCaNTeS FC's goalkeeper Lev Yashin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ildefonso Cesaro. PiCaNTeS FC's Lev Yashin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save PiCaNTeS FC from getting a goal against them. Igor Gipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Playo in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Atlético Matorrales getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Maximino Jatsu hit a great ball. A collision led to PiCaNTeS FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Tiburcio Tono hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Atlético Matorrales's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Jesus came free, but Igor Gipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Gipuzkoa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmiro Abajas went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Gabriel Jesus took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Gipuzkoa. Igor Gipuzkoa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Igor Gipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Jesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Delmiro Abajas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Igor Gipuzkoa was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. In the 78th minute, Delmiro Abajas made a precise shot to the right of Igor Gipuzkoa. Atlético Matorrales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. 82 minutes into the game, Delmiro Abajas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Igor Gipuzkoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ildefonso Cesaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lev Yashin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Abajas in the 87th minute of play forced Atlético Matorrales's goalkeeper Igor Gipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th match minute, PiCaNTeS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Jesus to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, Nicanor Elodio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Igor Gipuzkoa. Atlético Matorrales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicanor Elodio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. When the referee ended the match the PiCaNTeS FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
