Teodosio Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Paul in the 7th minute of the match. 14 minutes in the game, Constantino Paublo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Godofredo Poz having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Godofredo Poz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serafin Nalo. Manfredi AFC were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Racing Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amancio Federigo took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Florencio Gaueko heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 32nd minute, Manfredi AFC's Dante Lapurdi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dante Lapurdi was the one to do the kick off. Racing Club's Godofredo Poz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Nalo in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Baldomiro Paul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Nalo came free, but Godofredo Poz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Adan Vedillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Adan Vedillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodosio Fidele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Racing Club's Adan Vedillo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Racing Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
