Fabricio Romildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Txartiko, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 18 minutes of play, Florida United's Marcelo Casomiro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The supporters of Florida United booed when Vitricidas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Mikeldi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Florida United fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Florida United's Silvio Ishmael looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Guido Primo put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Fabricio Romildo. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melquiades Boniel was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Guido Primo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Fabricio Romildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabricio Romildo made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Silvio Ishmael sent off a good shot on target. During the 59th minute of the match Benicio Romo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Benicio Romo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Florida United's Eduardo Katia was substituted for Salvador Dei. The supporters of Florida United booed when Vitricidas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Romo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vitricidas's Fabricio Romildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Casomiro in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Guido Primo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabricio Romildo. Silvio Ishmael showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Fabricio Romildo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvio Ishmael went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raul Romero during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Ciriaco Dimas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Arsenio Celino fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vitricidas's protests and gave Arsenio Celino a yellow card for diving instead. Arsenio Celino hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Fabricio Romildo came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Florida United's Silvio Ishmael. But to his dismay, Silvio Ishmael quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9.
