Valentino Rosas kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Paulo Francho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Ralondo in the 7th minute of play. Francisco Ralondo's late challenge caught a El Renacer del Quijano FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Ralondo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to El Millo de Haedo getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Francisco Ralondo hit a great ball. When Aurelio Urbes came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the El Renacer del Quijano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Urbes couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the game, Francisco Ralondo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Paulo Francho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulo Francho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián González in the 31st minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Aurelio Urbes made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernando Ruisko was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, El Millo de Haedo's Fernando Ruisko got control of the ball when Aurelio Urbes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, El Millo de Haedo's Virgilio Eron got a free kick in the 44th minute. Aurelio Urbes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Ruisko having to make a save. 48 minutes into the match, El Millo de Haedo's goalkeeper Fernando Ruisko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelio Urbes. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Francisco Ralondo made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Anier Christobal threw the ball into play from the sideline. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Valentino Rosas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Paulo Francho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Francisco Ralondo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. After a rather tough play, El Millo de Haedo's Maximino Rosio got a free kick in the 65th minute. El Renacer del Quijano FC made a substitution. Luis Artaldo replaced Eustaquio Vermudo. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Nicasio Raymond was substituted for Aurelio Urbes. Maximino Rosio hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Nicasio Raymond got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulo Francho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Ralondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The audience was convinced that Nicasio Raymond's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Ruisko was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. El Millo de Haedo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
