Guiñazú FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Boldenona fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When Eulalio Selatse came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Boldenona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Selatse couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The long shot by Raimundo Alvarez in the 99th minute really tested Clemente Peli's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Boldenona played a much better game than Guiñazú FC and deserved their victory. The Guiñazú FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
