When Lucas Feo fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's protests and gave Lucas Feo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Lucas Feo got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Mauricio Gagriel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Florinio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Everardo Bidun quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pascual Nataniel, made in the 8th minute of the game. C.A Vientos Huracanados's Mauricio Gagriel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Florinio in the 9th minute of play. Lucas Feo was shown his second yellow card after 13 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of C.A Vientos Huracanados booed when Acercate Y Patea de Lejos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Feo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Gagriel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for C.A Vientos Huracanados! After 22 played minutes C.A Vientos Huracanados got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Fortun. Mauricio Gagriel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramiro Florinio's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute, Freddy Terciero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prudencio Fortun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Tano having to interfere. Erubiel Erasto's late challenge caught a C.A Vientos Huracanados's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erubiel Erasto helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 played minutes Acercate Y Patea de Lejos got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Erasto. After a defensive mix-up in Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's zone, Maximo Urtsin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Tano came out of the goal and Maximo Urtsin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Honorio Colas made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Florinio during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 played minutes Acercate Y Patea de Lejos got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Florinio. A collision led to Acercate Y Patea de Lejos getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Achraf Hakimi hit a great ball. Anier Tano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Guter, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Anier Tano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Fortun in the 64th minute of play. Everardo Bidun kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Fabricio Duardo got a free kick in the 69th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramiro Florinio got free with Mauricio Gagriel in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th match minute, C.A Vientos Huracanados was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Nataniel to maneuver through the defense. After 79 played minutes C.A Vientos Huracanados got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Fortun. 80 minutes into the match, C.A Vientos Huracanados's goalkeeper Mauricio Gagriel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramiro Florinio. If Sergio Guter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Prudencio Fortun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anier Tano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Mauricio Gagriel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramiro Florinio went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.
