Aves Negras's Marcial Cefero got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Herminio Quinito sped through LA IMPRENTA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Reynaldo Pereyra. The LA IMPRENTA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Pereyra should have stopped the shot. Aves Negras's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
