Nicanor Eder started the match with the kick off. Gregorio Montel made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ruben Veremundo sent off a good shot on target. Gregorio Montel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruben Veremundo in the 5th minute. Nicanor Eder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteban Savion read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's Ruben Veremundo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gregorio Montel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gregorio Montel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Veremundo in the 19th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Leonardo Min hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, IFC's goalkeeper Gregorio Montel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruben Veremundo. In the 26th minute IFC were awarded a corner. Gogo Chuan went to the cornerflag to take it. Gogo Chuan made a great header on IFC's corner, it was just that CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's Esteban Savion managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Ruben Veremundo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Mariano Matthew in the 32nd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Gregorio Montel kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 4-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. 37 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's Mariano Matthew sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregorio Montel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Matthew sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45thth minute of the game Mariano Matthew who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFC's Gregorio Montel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Ruben Veremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruben Veremundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

After 51 minutes of play, CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's Ruben Veremundo made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gregorio Montel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th minute, Ruben Veremundo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregorio Montel was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Matthew in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gregorio Montel saved IFC from getting behind. Mariano Matthew recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind IFC's goalkeeper Gregorio Montel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Timoteo Ferran made a great header on CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's corner, it was just that IFC's Gregorio Montel managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that Mariano Matthew's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gregorio Montel was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 72 minutes into the game, Mariano Matthew cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Gregorio Montel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Mariano Matthew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Matthew struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Gregorio Montel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS. 79 minutes into the match, Ruben Veremundo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregorio Montel. IFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruben Veremundo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Ruben Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Nicanor Eder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gregorio Montel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Matthew, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After a defensive mix-up in IFC's zone, Ruben Veremundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregorio Montel came out of the goal and Ruben Veremundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Israel Sadurni might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gregorio Montel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Israel Sadurni ran back to his position shaking his head. Mariano Matthew took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorio Montel. Gregorio Montel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. CLUB ATLETICO MALANDRAS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
