In the 9th minute, Michael Testaferrata Olivier reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Evenezer Silkin. The goal made the score 1-0. MEME FC's Evenezer Silkin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save MEME FC from getting a goal against them. Evenezer Silkin came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Attard Gunners's Andrea Xuereb. But to his dismay, Andrea Xuereb quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When Jake Debono came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Attard Gunners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jake Debono couldn't finish the play. Evenezer Silkin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jake Debono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MEME FC's Evenezer Silkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Izzo in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by MEME FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Clayton Brockdorff was slow to take the kick. During this time Attard Gunners's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Attard Gunners's Clayton Brockdorff to fire away a dangerous shot which Evenezer Silkin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Patrick Izzo took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evenezer Silkin. Evenezer Silkin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michael Testaferrata Olivier in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evenezer Silkin saved MEME FC from getting behind. The supporters of Attard Gunners booed when MEME FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elim Calosh didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Rafael Milton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Patrick Izzo made a precise shot to the right of Evenezer Silkin. MEME FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 45th minute Patrick Izzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evenezer Silkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gadiel Gingold was the one to do the kick off. Joshua Demanuele scored 6-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evenezer Silkin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 55 minutes of play, Attard Gunners's Patrick Izzo made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evenezer Silkin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 57 minutes into the match, MEME FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Xuereb came free, but Evenezer Silkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simcha Tavor's late challenge caught a Attard Gunners's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simcha Tavor helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of MEME FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Attard Gunners:s goal. Evenezer Silkin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrea Xuereb went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. In the 68th match minute, Attard Gunners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joshua Demanuele to maneuver through the defense. Evenezer Silkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Testaferrata Olivier, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 75 minutes of play, Attard Gunners's Michael Testaferrata Olivier made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evenezer Silkin was left in no man's land by his defense there!
