Jaunius Balčaitis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Mindaugas Žiogas made a huge save. After 6 minutes of play, FC COSA NOSTRA's Jonas Česnauskas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mindaugas Žiogas was left in no man's land by his defense there! 10 minutes into the match, Geležinis Vilkas's goal looked a bit too open when Ugnius Baltaragis came free, but Mindaugas Žiogas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, FC COSA NOSTRA's Gintautas Dundulis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 15 minutes into the match, Geležinis Vilkas's goal looked a bit too open when Gintautas Dundulis came free, but Mindaugas Žiogas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Jaunius Balčaitis put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mindaugas Žiogas. FC COSA NOSTRA's Rytis Paškevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justinas Paliūnas in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to FC COSA NOSTRA getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ugnius Baltaragis hit a great ball. Arnas Alejūnas struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Rytis Paškevičius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geležinis Vilkas. In the 33rd minute of the match Vidmantas Bieliauskas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rytis Paškevičius skillfully saved the ball. Geležinis Vilkas's Mindaugas Žiogas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Geležinis Vilkas from getting a goal against them. Rytis Paškevičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidmantas Bieliauskas in the 38th minute of the match. Mindaugas Žiogas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugnius Baltaragis in the 44th minute of the match. After 48 minutes Geležinis Vilkas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Liudvikas Zaleckas who took care of the corner kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ugnius Baltaragis made a kick off. Jaunius Balčaitis took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mindaugas Žiogas. Mindaugas Žiogas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Svajūnas Damanskas during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Geležinis Vilkas's Svajūnas Damanskas got a free kick in the 55th minute. A collision led to Geležinis Vilkas getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Vygantas Badauskas hit a great ball. Liudvikas Zaleckas struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Mindaugas Žiogas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Jaunius Balčaitis's late challenge caught a Geležinis Vilkas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaunius Balčaitis helped the player get up and apologised. After 67 played minutes FC COSA NOSTRA got a freekick which was hit by Jaunius Balčaitis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gintautas Dundulis in the 69th minute of play forced Geležinis Vilkas's goalkeeper Mindaugas Žiogas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Ugnius Baltaragis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC COSA NOSTRA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Mindaugas Žiogas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaunius Balčaitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gintautas Dundulis scored 6-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mindaugas Žiogas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Justinas Paliūnas's late challenge caught a FC COSA NOSTRA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vygantas Badauskas charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vygantas Badauskas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mindaugas Žiogas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liudvikas Zaleckas in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Geležinis Vilkas's goal looked a bit too open when Jaunius Balčaitis came free, but Mindaugas Žiogas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Ugnius Baltaragis notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Geležinis Vilkas's Mindaugas Žiogas. Mindaugas Žiogas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 96 played minutes FC COSA NOSTRA got a freekick which was hit by Alvydas Tamašauskis. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC COSA NOSTRA had played much better football throughout.
