Garin Paderniga kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Libertadores Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Goizeder Parserises came free, but Evelio Vaquero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evelio Vaquero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txurio Cardigondi in the 15th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Goizeder Parserises put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Evelio Vaquero. 21 minutes into the match, Libertadores Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Osmundo Careaga came free, but Evelio Vaquero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osmundo Careaga hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Beliran Ennecon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for André Sander. Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Artizar Vilardell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Libertadores Fútbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fire Breathers FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Libertadores Fútbol Club's Artizar Vilardell got a free kick in the 30th minute. A collision led to Fire Breathers FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Txurio Cardigondi hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Libertadores Fútbol Club's zone, Goizeder Parserises stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evelio Vaquero came out of the goal and Goizeder Parserises tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Goizeder Parserises in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evelio Vaquero saved Libertadores Fútbol Club from getting behind. The Libertadores Fútbol Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fire Breathers FC were winning 0-2.

Libertadores Fútbol Club's Artizar Vilardell got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th minute of the match, Txurio Cardigondi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Evelio Vaquero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kelemen Bouceda in the 60th minute of play forced Libertadores Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Evelio Vaquero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Txurio Cardigondi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Evelio Vaquero made a huge save. In the 66th match minute, Libertadores Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petri Valdeboys to maneuver through the defense. Goizeder Parserises could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Evelio Vaquero made a huge save. After 80 played minutes Libertadores Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Bonadona Fierro. Evelio Vaquero made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Goizeder Parserises sent off a good shot on target. If Kelemen Bouceda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Goizeder Parserises shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Vaquero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Libertadores Fútbol Club's zone, Kelemen Bouceda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evelio Vaquero came out of the goal and Kelemen Bouceda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Evelio Vaquero managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Fire Breathers FC's Goizeder Parserises fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Libertadores Fútbol Club's Evelio Vaquero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Libertadores Fútbol Club from getting a goal against them. Fire Breathers FC played a much better game than Libertadores Fútbol Club and deserved their victory. The Libertadores Fútbol Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
