In the 6th minute Vali Cornoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artizar Melic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Almada hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Katia Ariza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Vali Cornoiu took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Artizar Melic to make any attempt to save it. GuateFortín's attentive Thiago Almada managed to snatch the ball when Gilesindo Colombres made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when William Villanueva 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Ruben Huezo kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Marcelo Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheche Bellogin in the 28th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Vali Cornoiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as GuateFortín's William Villanueva slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Artizar Melic. That made the score 4-0 after 39 minutes of play. Marcelo Barovero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cheche Bellogin in the 43rd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Deportivo Popolizio FBC's goal looked a bit too open when William Villanueva came free, but Artizar Melic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kemen Forcadas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Kemen Forcadas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Barovero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The goalkeeper, Marcelo Barovero, was totally fooled by Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Egoi Costeras, who 58 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Miguel Ángel Benito hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. GuateFortín's Edgardo Murgas was substituted for Abel Ribeiro. The supporters of GuateFortín booed when Deportivo Popolizio FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilesindo Colombres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 minutes of play, GuateFortín's Vali Cornoiu made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artizar Melic was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 78th minute GuateFortín were awarded a corner. Efrain Peredes went to the cornerflag to take it. GuateFortín's Efrain Peredes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Artizar Melic in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Vali Cornoiu took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artizar Melic. Artizar Melic dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. 83 minutes into the game, Edgardo Murgas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-2. Artizar Melic was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute, Edgardo Murgas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-2. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Artizar Melic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vali Cornoiu in the 95th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 98 minutes into the game, when Ruben Huezo put in a rough tackle. 98 minutes into the game, one of GuateFortín:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo Popolizio FBC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for GuateFortín.
