Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cordareo Manrique kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute, Valdo Landa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Matorin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons Japón in the 10th minute of the match. Donato Matorin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcio Carreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FCSB CUENCA were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Almazarrón's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cipriano Morales took the corner. Donato Matorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcio Carreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, Almazarrón's goal looked a bit too open when Marcio Carreira came free, but Donato Matorin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcio Carreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Matorin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcio Carreira in the 26th minute of play. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Marcio Carreira sped through Almazarrón's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Donato Matorin. 32 minutes into the match, FCSB CUENCA's goalkeeper Frances Jaraba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Almarín Leal. Donato Matorin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfons Japón in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th match minute, FCSB CUENCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gică Popescu to maneuver through the defense. The Almazarrón fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Almazarrón's Cordareo Manrique looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Donato Matorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Japón, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Marcio Carreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Matorin having to interfere. In the 45th minute Marcio Carreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 minutes, Carmelo Bodelon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Almazarrón and the FCSB CUENCA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Almazarrón's Carmelo Bodelon got a free kick in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

54 minutes into the game, Manuel Navarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FCSB CUENCA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Almazarrón the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Lisandro Lastras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almazarrón's supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Lastras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frances Jaraba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donato Matorin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcio Carreira's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Marcio Carreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Donato Matorin made a huge save. 69 minutes into the game, Alfons Japón recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Donato Matorin. Alfons Japón showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. In the 76th minute, Bertol Erosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frances Jaraba was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Marcio Carreira came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Donato Matorin could save by the left post. When Marcio Carreira came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the FCSB CUENCA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcio Carreira couldn't finish the play. Almazarrón's Donato Matorin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Almazarrón from getting a goal against them. The FCSB CUENCA fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when FCSB CUENCA's Marcio Carreira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Almazarrón's Donato Matorin got control of the ball when Marcio Carreira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eriz Ramis hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
