Edmílson Mandrak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serginho Barbosa in the 37th minute of the match. Edmílson Mandrak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaltino Maraschin went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Flávio Brodel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaltino Maraschin made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's goal looked a bit too open when Serginho Barbosa came free, but Edmílson Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When João Augusto Peixoto was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. Aníbal das Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flávio Brodel, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute.
