In the 27th minute of the match Ediberto Xavier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agostinho Santana skillfully saved the ball. In the 29th match minute, Litoral EC - CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tales Leite to maneuver through the defense. After 30 played minutes Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Souza. In a very dangerous position, a player in Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! Bruno Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agostinho Santana having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Souza came free, but Agostinho Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Ediberto Xavier sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Litoral EC - CIMZ's Agostinho Santana didn't even have to move. In the 63rd match minute, Litoral EC - CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guga Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. After 69 minutes, Geovani Arce made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Oswaldo Vasconcelos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Agostinho Santana was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sílvio Saldanha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 77 minute of play. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Sílvio Saldanha got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Agostinho Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
