Júnior Senna kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Thiago Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fábio Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes of play, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Vinícius Fernandes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Alcântara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mauro Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Álvaro de Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's goalkeeper Thiago Alcântara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geovânio Soeiro. Francisco Soeiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro Catarinense read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dudu Fernandes who took care of the corner kick. In the 30th minute, Álvaro de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ booed when Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Bazar Alegria E.C. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ. Vinícius Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Vinícius Fernandes made the kick off in the second half. Fábio Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Alcântara having to interfere. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Thiago Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovânio Soeiro in the 69th minute of play. If João Carlos Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Thiago Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Fernandes in the 74th minute of play. When Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Vinícius Fernandes in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thiago Alcântara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Baltazar Prestes hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Thiago Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Fernandes in the 90th minute of play. Fábio Cardoso might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Alcântara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fábio Cardoso ran back to his position shaking his head. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
