Xacobo Dorronsoro's late challenge caught a CD Suscal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xacobo Dorronsoro helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Red Reign getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Xacobo Dorronsoro hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xacobo Dorronsoro in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sandro Asteguieta saved CD Suscal from getting behind. In the 16th match minute, CD Suscal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector-Luis Jubitero to maneuver through the defense. Xacobo Dorronsoro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sandro Asteguieta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. With a little luck, CD Suscal's Sandro Asteguieta got control of the ball when Lopez Portanares tried to sneak it across the goal line. CD Suscal's Sandro Asteguieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xacobo Dorronsoro in the 20th minute of play. In the 20th minute Xacobo Dorronsoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Asteguieta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nacho Rosines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xacobo Dorronsoro got free with Sandro Asteguieta in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xacobo Dorronsoro in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Asteguieta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hector-Luis Jubitero to strike the kick off in the second half. Sandro Asteguieta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xacobo Dorronsoro in the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Xacobo Dorronsoro notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of CD Suscal's Sandro Asteguieta. Sandro Asteguieta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 60 minutes into the match, CD Suscal's goal looked a bit too open when Xacobo Dorronsoro came free, but Sandro Asteguieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Red Reign's Xacobo Dorronsoro got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. CD Suscal's Sandro Asteguieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xacobo Dorronsoro in the 66th minute of play. Sandro Asteguieta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xacobo Dorronsoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Red Reign made a substitution. Arlín Telleria replaced Xacobo Dorronsoro. Nacho Rosines kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Zeru Albarellos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Sandro Asteguieta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 79 minutes, Arlín Telleria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Reign's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arlín Telleria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd minute CD Suscal were awarded a corner. Xicu Ibarzabal went to the cornerflag to take it. Sandro Asteguieta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arlín Telleria in the 89th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Arlín Telleria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Reign's supporters rose to their feet, but Arlín Telleria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandro Asteguieta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 played minutes Red Reign got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Maquilanda.
