With a little luck, Astillero del Guayas's Walter Huarte got control of the ball when Cláudio López tried to sneak it across the goal line. NAGANO F.C were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Astillero del Guayas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcelino Lara took the corner. In the 14th minute of the match, Villagra Ygnacio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Walter Huarte was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 16 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Walter Huarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Villagra Ygnacio. Walter Huarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Villagra Ygnacio went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Villagra Ygnacio in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Walter Huarte, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Villagra Ygnacio put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Walter Huarte. Villagra Ygnacio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walter Huarte having to make a save. Astillero del Guayas's Walter Huarte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Astillero del Guayas from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Astillero del Guayas's Hugo Salz got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Villagra Ygnacio got free with Walter Huarte in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute Zarando Eguizabal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Burrau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villagra Ygnacio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walter Huarte read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Walter Huarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Villagra Ygnacio. Cláudio López scored 3-0 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walter Huarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Cláudio López came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the NAGANO F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cláudio López couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Villagra Ygnacio to strike the kick off in the second half. Nando Lazcano kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The throw-in from Marques Martin in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by NAGANO F.C's Nando Lazcano. After 64 minutes of play, NAGANO F.C's Nando Lazcano made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Walter Huarte was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nando Lazcano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walter Huarte having to make a save. 70 minutes into the match, Clemente Junquera notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Astillero del Guayas's Walter Huarte. Walter Huarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Clemente Junquera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Walter Huarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Astillero del Guayas got a freekick which was hit by Xaven Galiana. Marques Martin made in the 79th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Paredes Campderros however managed to control. Nando Lazcano hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Clemente Junquera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walter Huarte was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Walter Huarte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clemente Junquera's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Walter Huarte came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by NAGANO F.C's Clemente Junquera. But to his dismay, Clemente Junquera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Walter Huarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Junquera in the 89th minute of the match. A collision led to NAGANO F.C getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Nando Lazcano hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Clemente Junquera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Huarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. NAGANO F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Astillero del Guayas for a fine match.
