Santos Poves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Xavian Portas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ekain Piñeiro was a little too slow when Emilio Bocaran got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-1. 16 minutes into the match, Rolando Rolon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xavian Portas. Montevideo City Torque's Ekain Piñeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu Afonso in the 24th minute of play. With a little luck, Montevideo City Torque's Ekain Piñeiro got control of the ball when Pedro Antonijoan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ekain Piñeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Afonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, MetalGarurumon F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Rolon came free, but Xavian Portas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jordy Torrienta charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jordy Torrienta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 28 played minutes MetalGarurumon F.C got a freekick which was hit by Jordy Torrienta. Ekain Piñeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fiz Umpanera in the 36th minute. Ekain Piñeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Bocaran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Alacan hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Montevideo City Torque's Ekain Piñeiro got control of the ball when Fiz Umpanera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ekain Piñeiro was a little too slow when Pedro Antonijoan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Antonijoan to strike the kick off in the second half. Ekain Piñeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeu Afonso in the 51st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Rolando Rolon took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Xavian Portas to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, MetalGarurumon F.C's Jordy Torrienta got a free kick in the 56th minute. Emilio Bocaran scored 3-3 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ekain Piñeiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 73 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Bocaran came free, but Ekain Piñeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ekain Piñeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute Tadeu Afonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ekain Piñeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 88 played minutes Montevideo City Torque got a freekick which was hit by Matías Pagani. Montevideo City Torque's Ekain Piñeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fiz Umpanera in the 90th minute of play. Ekain Piñeiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tadeu Afonso went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. In the 95th minute, Jordy Torrienta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ekain Piñeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-3. Montevideo City Torque's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
