Rodo's Birjaio Masdeu got a free kick in the 9th minute. Guillerme Bojorquez's late challenge caught a Mete y Raspa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillerme Bojorquez helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo got a freekick which was hit by Guillerme Bojorquez. Gamus Landeros made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Veronica Ascarraga sent off a good shot on target. Gamus Landeros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Musko Obeso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. In the 15th minute, Florentino Jamilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Birjaio Masdeu charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Birjaio Masdeu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ostadar Casas made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Veronica Ascarraga in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gamus Landeros saved Club Dep. Soc. Rodo from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Txindoki Colmenares got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oxarra Gregorio in the 60th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Gamus Landeros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gamus Landeros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ostadar Casas, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. If Veronica Ascarraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 71 minutes into the game, Oxarra Gregorio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Gamus Landeros was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oxarra Gregorio scored 5-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gamus Landeros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gamus Landeros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veronica Ascarraga in the 84th minute of play. Veronica Ascarraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Mete y Raspa FC booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Luzano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Musko Obeso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mete y Raspa FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
