HORIZZONT's Leopoldo Varela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save HORIZZONT from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute Kerim Saatçi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Ergincan Türköz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abidin Paye was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Abidin Paye made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naim Gencal in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Kunter Sevgen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leopoldo Varela. The goal made the score 1-1. Abidin Paye took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tunç Hacıfettahoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Naim Gencal made a precise shot to the right of Abidin Paye. Nankatsu SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 32 minutes into the match, Nankatsu SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ergincan Türköz came free, but Abidin Paye reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Leopoldo Varela successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mirza Yazargil during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mirza Yazargil hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Kunter Sevgen charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kunter Sevgen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th minute, Alpertunga Visali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alpertunga Visali hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

If Ergincan Türköz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ergincan Türköz took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abidin Paye. HORIZZONT's Leopoldo Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nurtekin Özaltın in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of HORIZZONT booed when Nankatsu SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kılıçalp Temizer didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Mirza Yazargil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Abidin Paye was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Nankatsu SC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Barışcan Kaygun hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute of the match Aytekin Sayfi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abidin Paye skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Naim Gencal in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abidin Paye prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leopoldo Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Müfit Özgen in the 75th minute of play. Leopoldo Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Hamdi Yuvakuran, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 78 played minutes, Nankatsu SC's Kılıçalp Temizer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leopoldo Varela came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nankatsu SC reached it. Kunter Sevgen got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. With a little luck, Nankatsu SC's Abidin Paye got control of the ball when Ergincan Türköz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Nankatsu SC booed when HORIZZONT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alpertunga Visali didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in HORIZZONT's zone, Nurtekin Özaltın stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopoldo Varela came out of the goal and Nurtekin Özaltın tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Müfit Özgen in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leopoldo Varela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Müfit Özgen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. HORIZZONT's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
