The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jukka-Pekka Helenius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antti Enola, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Jukka-Pekka Helenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terho Ylimäki in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Joel Loikala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jukka-Pekka Helenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, one of Porvoon Futura:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Manchester United FC a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jarkko Sulin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Porvoon Futura's Jukka-Pekka Helenius. 0-1. 22 minutes into the match, Juha Jokiranta notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Porvoon Futura's Jukka-Pekka Helenius. Jukka-Pekka Helenius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Antti Enola came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Manchester United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antti Enola couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Antti Enola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jukka-Pekka Helenius was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The supporters of Manchester United FC booed when Porvoon Futura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pauli Kärkkäinen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jukka-Pekka Helenius came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester United FC's Juha Jokiranta. But to his dismay, Juha Jokiranta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 33 minutes, Antti Enola made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Porvoon Futura's Jukka-Pekka Helenius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jukka-Pekka Helenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Loikala in the 40th minute of the match. Jukka-Pekka Helenius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Loikala, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Jukka-Pekka Helenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juha Jokiranta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anselmi Heikkinen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Porvoon Futura were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Manchester United FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aapeli Myötänen took the corner. The corner ended in Aapeli Myötänen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Manchester United FC's Eelis Heinikainen did a great save. Porvoon Futura's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Antti Enola 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-6. A collision led to Manchester United FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Pyry Hagman hit a great ball. After 62 played minutes Porvoon Futura got a freekick which was hit by Pauli Kärkkäinen. 65 minutes into the match, Porvoon Futura's goal looked a bit too open when Juha Jokiranta came free, but Jukka-Pekka Helenius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Porvoon Futura's Jukka-Pekka Helenius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Porvoon Futura from getting a goal against them. Alfred Ahola charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfred Ahola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Manchester United FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Alfred Ahola hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Anselmi Heikkinen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antti Enola received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jukka-Pekka Helenius came out and tried to block the shot, but Antti Enola slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 75th minute. Jukka-Pekka Helenius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juha Jokiranta in the 82nd minute of play. With a little luck, Porvoon Futura's Jukka-Pekka Helenius got control of the ball when Antti Enola tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Antti Enola got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Antti Enola put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Jukka-Pekka Helenius.
