Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Jerome De Fauw kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Vc Brye's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaud Van Lancker came free, but Steffen De Jaeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Anversa Club's Reinaert Van den Inde nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Steffen De Jaeger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Reinaert Vlimmens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Steffen De Jaeger. Vc Brye's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reinaert Vlimmens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 26 minutes, Samuel Teunens mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vc Brye and the Anversa Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Steffen De Jaeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaert Vlimmens in the 35th minute of the match. Arnaud Van Lancker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen De Jaeger having to interfere. Steffen De Jaeger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnaud Van Lancker went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Lander Van De Wijngaert made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, one of Vc Brye:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vc Brye. Vc Brye's Steffen De Jaeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinaert Van den Inde in the 58th minute of play. Steffen De Jaeger made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Marten Pelegrims sent off a good shot on target. Anversa Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jerome De Fauw in the 61st minute. A nice corner shot did that Arnaud Van Lancker got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Steffen De Jaeger quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 65 minutes into the game, Reinaert Van den Inde recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Steffen De Jaeger. Reinaert Van den Inde showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Steffen De Jaeger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaud Van Lancker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reinaert Van den Inde received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Steffen De Jaeger came out and tried to block the shot, but Reinaert Van den Inde slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaert Van den Inde in the 83rd minute of play forced Vc Brye's goalkeeper Steffen De Jaeger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marten Pelegrims recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reinaert Vlimmens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Steffen De Jaeger came out and tried to block the shot, but Reinaert Vlimmens slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 87th minute. Steffen De Jaeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaert Van den Inde in the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Vc Brye's goalkeeper Steffen De Jaeger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinaert Van den Inde. A collision led to Vc Brye getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Benoit Theys hit a great ball. Anversa Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
