Steffen De Jaeger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kim Van hoegaerde went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Vc Brye's Steffen De Jaeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Van hoegaerde in the 7th minute of play. The supporters of KFC Paal-Tervant booed when Vc Brye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augustijn Colebrants didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Vc Brye defense, Luckas De Wortelaers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Steffen De Jaeger. The Vc Brye fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Steffen De Jaeger should have stopped the shot. Steffen De Jaeger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kim Van hoegaerde in the 13th minute of play. Steffen De Jaeger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Gijselinkx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Gijselinkx in the 22nd minute of play forced Vc Brye's goalkeeper Steffen De Jaeger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Vc Brye defense, Viktor Gijselinkx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Steffen De Jaeger. The Vc Brye fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Steffen De Jaeger should have stopped the shot. 27 minutes into the match, Vc Brye's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Gijselinkx came free, but Steffen De Jaeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steffen De Jaeger came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Paal-Tervant's Viktor Gijselinkx. But to his dismay, Viktor Gijselinkx quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The supporters of Vc Brye booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joost Rummens didn't get a good kick on the ball. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when KFC Paal-Tervant's Kim Van hoegaerde looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 38 minutes of play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Luckas De Wortelaers made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Steffen De Jaeger was left in no man's land by his defense there! Steffen De Jaeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luckas De Wortelaers in the 44th minute of the match. Jan-Pieter Van Den Eynden received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Reinaud De Schutter came out and tried to block the shot, but Jan-Pieter Van Den Eynden slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kim Van hoegaerde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lander Van De Wijngaert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Reinaud De Schutter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viktor Gijselinkx scored 1-8 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Steffen De Jaeger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59th minute Lander Van De Wijngaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaud De Schutter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KFC Paal-Tervant's Kim Van hoegaerde got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vc Brye's Steffen De Jaeger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Vc Brye from getting a goal against them. Viktor Gijselinkx scored 1-9 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Steffen De Jaeger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th minute Viktor Gijselinkx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen De Jaeger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vc Brye's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Kim Van hoegaerde scored to the left of an out of position Steffen De Jaeger, making the score, 1-10. Steffen De Jaeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Gijselinkx in the 75th minute of the match. Steffen De Jaeger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kim Van hoegaerde, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Vc Brye's attentive Samuel Teunens managed to snatch the ball when Gunter Van Linthaudt made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. 81 minutes into the game, Viktor Gijselinkx recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Steffen De Jaeger. Viktor Gijselinkx showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-11. In the 86th minute Viktor Gijselinkx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen De Jaeger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reinaud De Schutter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lander Van De Wijngaert, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Steffen De Jaeger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joost Rummens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Dieter Haelemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
