Tomm Van Calster took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Conrad Steenberghs. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Les Bistouquettes Bleues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tjorven De Bruyn to maneuver through the defense. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Conrad Steenberghs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Rokeloos in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 19 minutes, Tomm Van Calster managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Cromvelde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomm Van Calster was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boris Rokeloos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Conrad Steenberghs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Quentin Beetens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute Levi Eijkens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrad Steenberghs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of KFC Cromvelde booed when Les Bistouquettes Bleues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jasper Wigghers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Conrad Steenberghs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boris Rokeloos in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Boris Rokeloos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conrad Steenberghs was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 46 played minutes KFC Cromvelde got a freekick which was hit by Levi Eijkens. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Boris Rokeloos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conrad Steenberghs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. With his leg Conrad Steenberghs managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when KFC Cromvelde's Boris Rokeloos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Jamie Lanphan got a free kick in the 67th minute. Conrad Steenberghs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boris Rokeloos's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After 74 played minutes KFC Cromvelde got a freekick which was hit by Levi Eijkens. After 79 played minutes KFC Cromvelde got a freekick which was hit by Levi Eijkens. Senne Keuppens kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. A hard shot 88 in the game by Boris Rokeloos from a close distance when the talented Conrad Steenberghs managed to make a qualified save. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's players were relieved. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Conrad Steenberghs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Rokeloos in the 93rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Boris Rokeloos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrad Steenberghs was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Tjorven De Bruyn kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The KFC Cromvelde players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
