Camiel Van Aken took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Glenn Stuyck. After 23 played minutes Brusselse Ketjes got a freekick which was hit by Frank De Bisschop. Glenn Stuyck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serge Van Looy in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Mathis Goorts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. After having played for 37 minutes, Mathis Goorts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mathis Goorts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee gave ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς a penalty, 42 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Arthur-Maurits Meersman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Brusselse Ketjes's Dominik Jansens. 2-2. Glenn Stuyck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serge Van Looy went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Laurent Cuppens struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Dominik Jansens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Camiel Van Aken in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Glenn Stuyck saved ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς from getting behind. 66 minutes into the match, Klaas De Reijck notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's Glenn Stuyck. Glenn Stuyck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dominik Jansens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laurent Cuppens's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's Theo Raaymakers seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Theo Raaymakers the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Theo Raaymakers had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's Theo Raaymakers got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Theo Raaymakers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glenn Stuyck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camiel Van Aken, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Glenn Stuyck was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Serge Van Looy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 81 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank De Bisschop in the 83rd minute of play forced ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's goalkeeper Glenn Stuyck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serge Van Looy got free with Glenn Stuyck in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leo Kortens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camiel Van Aken might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Glenn Stuyck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Camiel Van Aken ran back to his position shaking his head. Brusselse Ketjes's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
