When Laurent Cuppens fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's protests and gave Laurent Cuppens a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς got a freekick which was hit by Laurent Cuppens. In the 9th minute Anton Van Goethem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Stuyck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerrit Van Boeckost took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathis Goorts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerrit Van Boeckost showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurent Cuppens, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Ron Everaerts scored 1-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Glenn Stuyck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to FC Klavertje Vier getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. David Van den Gans hit a great ball. Theo Raaymakers was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, FC Klavertje Vier's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Ooms came free, but Gerrit Van Boeckost reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς defense, Peter Rutgeerts kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Glenn Stuyck. The ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Glenn Stuyck should have stopped the shot. In the 36th minute Anton Van Goethem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Stuyck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes of play, ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's Oscar Van Arschot made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerrit Van Boeckost was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anton Van Goethem was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Anton Van Goethem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerrit Van Boeckost made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathis Goorts in the 52nd minute of play. When Robben Stessel fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Klavertje Vier's protests and gave Robben Stessel a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Klavertje Vier's Robben Stessel got a free kick in the 58th minute. A collision led to ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Oscar Van Arschot hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes FC Klavertje Vier got a freekick which was hit by Ron Everaerts. Glenn Stuyck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Van Goethem in the 64th minute of the match. Glenn Stuyck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robben Stessel, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After 73 played minutes FC Klavertje Vier got a freekick which was hit by Ron Everaerts. After 74 minutes, Max Eggermont mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Klavertje Vier and the ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 74 played minutes FC Klavertje Vier got a freekick which was hit by Max Eggermont. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Gerrit Van Boeckost successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 77th minute, Henrik Huyberechts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Klavertje Vier fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Glenn Stuyck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmy Baert in the 80th minute of play. Laurent Cuppens struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Gerrit Van Boeckost didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς. Glenn Stuyck came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Klavertje Vier's Henrik Huyberechts. But to his dismay, Henrik Huyberechts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. ภคгς๏tเς ฬ๏๏๔קєςкєгร Ŧς's Glenn Stuyck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Huyberechts in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Henrik Huyberechts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Glenn Stuyck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Klavertje Vier had won after a very even match.
