The supporters of Racing Matinette booed when The Wolfpack™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klaas Pastijns didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Loid Van Parijs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roy Schockaert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, The Wolfpack™'s goal looked a bit too open when Loid Van Parijs came free, but Roy Schockaert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Yvan Van Impe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Geijselinckx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Wolfpack™'s Roy Schockaert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sammy Cuejvers in the 40th minute of play. Sammy Cuejvers struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Roy Schockaert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Matinette. After the first half Racing Matinette were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alek Uyttebroeck was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th minute, Martijn Heirremans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roy Schockaert was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Roy Schockaert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sammy Cuejvers in the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of The Wolfpack™ booed when Racing Matinette was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustav De Peuter didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 played minutes The Wolfpack™ got a freekick which was hit by Geoffrey Goolen. A collision led to The Wolfpack™ getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Yvan Van Impe hit a great ball. After 70 minutes, Yvan Van Impe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Wolfpack™ and the Racing Matinette players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 70 played minutes The Wolfpack™ got a freekick which was hit by Yvan Van Impe. The audience was convinced that Alek Uyttebroeck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Geijselinckx was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Geoffrey Goolen's late challenge caught a Racing Matinette's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geoffrey Goolen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th match minute, The Wolfpack™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geoffrey Goolen to maneuver through the defense. The Wolfpack™'s Roy Schockaert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save The Wolfpack™ from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute, Loid Van Parijs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roy Schockaert was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The supporters of The Wolfpack™ booed when Racing Matinette was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruud Smeyers didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute of the match Alek Uyttebroeck sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucas Geijselinckx skillfully saved the ball. 91 minutes into the match, The Wolfpack™'s goal looked a bit too open when Loid Van Parijs came free, but Roy Schockaert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sammy Cuejvers struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Roy Schockaert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Matinette.
