Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Yens Uytebroeck took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vince De Wortelaers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herald Bruynincx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jochen Diericx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13thth minute of the game Herald Bruynincx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brakkies New Bastards's Vince De Wortelaers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herald Bruynincx in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vince De Wortelaers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vince De Wortelaers didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Brugge United's Herald Bruynincx shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After a defensive mix-up in Brakkies New Bastards's zone, Thommy Pelgrims stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vince De Wortelaers came out of the goal and Thommy Pelgrims tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herald Bruynincx in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vince De Wortelaers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 26 minutes, Herald Bruynincx made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Brakkies New Bastards's Vince De Wortelaers tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Brugge United booed when Brakkies New Bastards was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tran Hacke didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute Herald Bruynincx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince De Wortelaers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 played minutes Brakkies New Bastards got a freekick which was hit by Fabrice Heirremans. Vince De Wortelaers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herald Bruynincx's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. When Brugge United's Herald Bruynincx in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brakkies New Bastards's goalie prevented a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Brakkies New Bastards's goal looked a bit too open when Herald Bruynincx came free, but Vince De Wortelaers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Jochen Diericx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brugge United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jochen Diericx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute Herald Bruynincx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince De Wortelaers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jochen Diericx came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Brugge United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jochen Diericx couldn't finish the play. The Brakkies New Bastards players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brugge United were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herald Bruynincx to strike the kick off in the second half. Herald Bruynincx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Vince De Wortelaers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brakkies New Bastards's Artuur Verhulst was substituted for Yens Uytebroeck. In the 54th minute, Mark Wauters hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabrice Heirremans hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After 59 minutes of play, Brugge United's Herald Bruynincx made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vince De Wortelaers was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Brakkies New Bastards's Fabrice Heirremans got a free kick in the 66th minute. Vince De Wortelaers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jochen Diericx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Brugge United's Jochen Diericx ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vince De Wortelaers. Vince De Wortelaers yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Gertjan De Poorter's late challenge caught a Brakkies New Bastards's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gertjan De Poorter helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Brugge United's Gertjan De Poorter got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 75 played minutes, Brakkies New Bastards's Cederic Borginions shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arsene De Vlaeminck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Brakkies New Bastards reached it. With his leg Vince De Wortelaers managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Brugge United's Herald Bruynincx fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fabrice Heirremans hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When Brugge United's Herald Bruynincx in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brakkies New Bastards's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Brakkies New Bastards's Vince De Wortelaers got control of the ball when Herald Bruynincx tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Brugge United's Herald Bruynincx in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 95th minute, Fabrice Heirremans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brugge United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
