The supporters of Dalens Darlings booed when INIXET BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göran Biörling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kåre Blom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Rönn in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Dalens Darlings's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Biörling came free, but Einar Kaxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalens Darlings's Einar Kaxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kennet Håkansson in the 19th minute of play. Einar Kaxe was a little too slow when Kennet Håkansson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. After 27 played minutes, Dalens Darlings's Jonas Lind shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kåre Blom came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dalens Darlings reached it. Gert Täman charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gert Täman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th minute, Gert Täman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st match minute, INIXET BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Bratt to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Dalens Darlings's goalkeeper Einar Kaxe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kennet Håkansson. 35 minutes into the match, Dalens Darlings's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Arne Alström came free, but Einar Kaxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Bo Blanck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Kaxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Blanck in the 40th minute of play forced Dalens Darlings's goalkeeper Einar Kaxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 43 in the game by Sven-Oskar Pihlberg from a close distance when the talented Einar Kaxe managed to make a qualified save. Dalens Darlings's players were relieved. With 45 minutes on the clock, Michel Bratt commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Einar Kaxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Pihlberg in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kennet Håkansson in the 57th minute of play forced Dalens Darlings's goalkeeper Einar Kaxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kåre Blom was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Jonas Rönn capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jonas Rönn really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. After 77 minutes, Birger Rosendal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the INIXET BK and the Dalens Darlings players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of INIXET BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dalens Darlings:s goal. Jonas Lind walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 84 minutes, Sven-Oskar Pihlberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the INIXET BK and the Dalens Darlings players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th minute, Sven-Oskar Pihlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
