Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) In the 7th minute, cAnDyRaTz!'s Jimmy Ekman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jimmy Ekman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of cAnDyRaTz! protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jimmy Ekman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 8th minute, Jimmy Ekman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Degerfors IF's Torbjörn Gallin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for cAnDyRaTz!. Mathias Löfkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristian Fogel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mathias Löfkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melker Gråberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, cAnDyRaTz!'s goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Fogel came free, but Mathias Löfkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Kristian Fogel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mathias Löfkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kristian Fogel's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After some careless play in the cAnDyRaTz! defense, Kristian Fogel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathias Löfkvist. The cAnDyRaTz! fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathias Löfkvist should have stopped the shot. A collision led to cAnDyRaTz! getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Olov Hökqvist hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the game, Degerfors IF's Kristian Fogel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mathias Löfkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 43 minutes into the match, Melker Gråberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mathias Löfkvist. cAnDyRaTz!'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melker Gråberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After the first half Degerfors IF were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Edvin Abelsson to strike the kick off in the second half. cAnDyRaTz!'s Isaac Lindgren suffered a concussion after 51 minutes and had to leave the field. cAnDyRaTz!'s Ted Vallman was substituted for Isaac Lindgren. Eric Ivarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Edvin Abelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Melker Gråberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mathias Löfkvist. That made the score 0-5 in the 57 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingvar Vallander in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mathias Löfkvist saved cAnDyRaTz! from getting behind. Mathias Löfkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Vallander in the 64th minute of play. Mathias Löfkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Vallander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mathias Löfkvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ingvar Vallander showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 68 minute of play. When Degerfors IF's Ingvar Vallander in 77 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Mathias Löfkvist guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Kristian Fogel kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Mathias Löfkvist made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Ingvar Vallander sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Degerfors IF's Mathias Löfkvist threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ingvar Vallander, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in cAnDyRaTz!'s zone, Ingvar Vallander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathias Löfkvist came out of the goal and Ingvar Vallander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Ingvar Vallander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Degerfors IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. When the final whistle sounded Degerfors IF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than cAnDyRaTz!.
