Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arne Björklund kicked off to start the match. Bertil Billström's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eskil Kjellqvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bergandy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Arne Björklund scored to the left of an out of position Eskil Kjellqvist, making the score, 1-1. 20 minutes into the match, Per-Arne Hasselqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mikael Pilberg. JKs Talanger's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per-Arne Hasselqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. JKs Talanger's Mikael Pilberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Arne Hasselqvist in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bergandy's Valdemar Olenberg got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 30 minutes, Tord Bennet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JKs Talanger and the Bergandy players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bergandy booed when JKs Talanger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Bennet didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute Arne Björklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Kjellqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingvar Kling took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mikael Pilberg. Mikael Pilberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. A collision led to JKs Talanger getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Göran Öberg hit a great ball. Mikael Pilberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Arne Hasselqvist in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Lucas Bergman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per-Arne Hasselqvist was the one to do the kick off. Mikael Pilberg was a little too slow when Per-Arne Hasselqvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 1-5. When Arne Björklund came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the JKs Talanger fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Björklund couldn't finish the play. Bertil Billström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Bergandy's Mikael Pilberg threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Per-Arne Hasselqvist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Bertil Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bergandy's zone, Bertil Billström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eskil Kjellqvist came out of the goal and Bertil Billström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mikael Pilberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Bergman in the 80th minute of the match. Ingvar Kling received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mikael Pilberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Ingvar Kling slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 81st minute. Arne Björklund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eskil Kjellqvist having to make a save. In the 88th minute Per-Arne Hasselqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Pilberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Viktor Nilsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JKs Talanger's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bergandy the free kick. A collision led to JKs Talanger getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Viktor Nilsson hit a great ball. The Bergandy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bergandy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
