The Hans McCann was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Curtis Wiggins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans McCann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Clark Lindsey left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Canalla de Chicago fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.

Markus Mahoney got a throw-in 77 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Theron Hoffman.
