The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 3rd minute, one of ForestFire:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ForestFire. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilber Castaneda in the 13th minute of play forced ForestFire's goalkeeper Orville Black to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Milo Blanco fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ForestFire's protests and gave Milo Blanco a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in ForestFire's zone, Wilber Castaneda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orville Black came out of the goal and Wilber Castaneda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ForestFire's Orville Black played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Todd Hamilton in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilber Castaneda in the 26th minute of play forced ForestFire's goalkeeper Orville Black to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 minutes of play, AC DeMiRHaN's Todd Hamilton made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orville Black was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of ForestFire booed when AC DeMiRHaN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilber Castaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orville Black stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Todd Hamilton's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Orville Black took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Hinkle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ForestFire's Sammy Knowles got a free kick in the 40th minute. AC DeMiRHaN's Eduardo Hinkle got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ed Rose kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Charlton Daly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charlton Daly made a kick off. Orville Black made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Todd Hamilton in the 60th minute of play. Todd Hamilton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 62 played minutes ForestFire got a freekick which was hit by Sammy Knowles. Orville Black showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Todd Hamilton in the 65th minute of the match. Kraig Gates hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Scotty Burch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Orville Black didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 73rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Orville Black stood somewhat misplaced when Todd Hamilton came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 77 minute. Orville Black made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Todd Hamilton sent off a good shot on target. Wilber Castaneda's late challenge caught a ForestFire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilber Castaneda helped the player get up and apologised. After 84 played minutes AC DeMiRHaN got a freekick which was hit by Wilber Castaneda. After a rather tough play, ForestFire's Charlton Daly got a free kick in the 85th minute. ForestFire's Orville Black proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save ForestFire from getting a goal against them. Orville Black took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Todd Hamilton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilber Castaneda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The AC DeMiRHaN supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AC DeMiRHaN would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
