Gjermund Engeset's late challenge caught a Kjønstad BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gjermund Engeset helped the player get up and apologised. Gjermund Engeset kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Jonathan Sæter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kjønstad BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bårjåsnjárgga the free kick. In the 10th minute, Jonathan Sæter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Bårjåsnjárgga's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Eggum came free, but Christer Larsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Eilert Hove notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bårjåsnjárgga's Christer Larsson. Christer Larsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 24th minute Eilert Hove shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alf-Inge Nystad hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Bårjåsnjárgga's Christer Larsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Eggum in the 38th minute of play. Elias Sollid kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Kjønstad BF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bjarne Brudvik was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Bårjåsnjárgga getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Bjarne Brudvik hit a great ball. When Kjønstad BF's Eilert Hove in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bårjåsnjárgga's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Kjønstad BF getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jonathan Sæter hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's goal looked a bit too open when Bjarne Brudvik came free, but Christian Haug reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Bårjåsnjárgga got a freekick which was hit by Mons Simonsen. Christer Larsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Eggum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the game, Eilert Hove recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christer Larsson. Eilert Hove showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Kent Eggum kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
