Andreas Berglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stian Hammeren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 minutes of play, Cheeky Nuts United's Ken Nordtveit made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andreas Berglund was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven Grønås during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Andreas Berglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Thorvaldsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Øyvind Vestøl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th match minute, Gædd FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Eidsvik to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Geir-Inge Unhjem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 played minutes Cheeky Nuts United got a freekick which was hit by Steinar Holand.

Geir-Inge Unhjem kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Øyvind Vestøl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Steinar Holand charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Steinar Holand the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute, Steinar Holand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Gædd FK's goalkeeper Andreas Berglund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stian Hammeren. Geir-Inge Unhjem kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gædd FK's Jonathan Eidsvik got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Øyvind Vestøl was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 65th minute Theodor Kapstad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodor Kapstad in the 70th minute of play forced Gædd FK's goalkeeper Andreas Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gædd FK's Andreas Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Thorvaldsen in the 75th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steinar Holand got free with Andreas Berglund in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Gædd FK's Andreas Berglund got control of the ball when Ken Nordtveit tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodor Kapstad in the 94th minute of play forced Gædd FK's goalkeeper Andreas Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cheeky Nuts United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
