Remigio Gelacio started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Arnulfo Palben reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Blas Urdin. The goal made the score 1-0. If Remigio Gelacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. O rey Iván's Arnulfo Palben was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 15th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnulfo Palben got free with Blas Urdin in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Samuel Bibiano struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Blas Urdin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for O rey Iván. Edgardo Claris hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Ulises Laurendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd match minute, La Herradura FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Jaunti to maneuver through the defense. Blas Urdin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Palben, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blas Urdin didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when O rey Iván's Arnulfo Palben shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 47th minute, O rey Iván's Arnulfo Palben ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Blas Urdin. Blas Urdin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The audience was convinced that Arnulfo Palben's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blas Urdin was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Amador Aragones took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Blas Urdin. Blas Urdin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Blas Urdin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Palben, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Jaunti hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. O rey Iván's Arnulfo Palben got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71stth minute of the game Arnulfo Palben who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Herradura FC's Blas Urdin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 74th minute, Rigoberto Lobo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Blas Urdin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Millan, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 76th match minute, La Herradura FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Errando to maneuver through the defense. Horacio Txaran took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Blas Urdin. La Herradura FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ramiro Romelio made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Remigio Gelacio sent off a good shot on target. Arnulfo Palben hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Herradura FC's goalkeeper Blas Urdin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in La Herradura FC's zone, Jonathan Millan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blas Urdin came out of the goal and Jonathan Millan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blas Urdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Palben in the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Palben in the 96th minute of play forced La Herradura FC's goalkeeper Blas Urdin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th minute Cosme Enmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Urdin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 98 minutes into the game, O rey Iván's Cosme Enmanuel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Blas Urdin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. When the referee ended the match the O rey Iván players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
